Good IT decisions come from people who understand the business, not just the kit. I've sat on the inside, leading IT and reporting to the CEO, and I've sat on the other side of the table too, having founded and run my own MSP. That MSP supported 15 not-for-profit organisations, so I've seen how much a well-run system can unlock when budgets are tight.
I'm based in Dorset and work across the South and remotely. In my spare time I make wood-fired pizza for people experiencing homelessness across Dorset, which keeps me honest about what technology is actually for.
